This policy explains what information The Sweet House (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit this website and when you order from us on WhatsApp. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to take and deliver your order.
Information this website collects
This website has no accounts, sign-up forms or checkout. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details on this website.
- Order selections. The flavour, pack size, quantity and area you choose stay in your browser. They are only shared when you choose to send them to us in a WhatsApp message.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
- Preferences. We do not currently store any preferences in your browser.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
When you order on WhatsApp
When you message us, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and whatever you write, such as your order and delivery address. We use this only to confirm, prepare, deliver and follow up on your order, and to reply to your questions. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to how it handles your messages.
To deliver your order, we share the necessary details (such as your name, phone number and delivery address) with the delivery service we use for that order, for example Rapido.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep WhatsApp order conversations for as long as needed to handle your order, answer questions about it and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete your conversation and order details at any time, unless we need to keep something for a legal reason.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp.
