How delivery works

1. You send your order on WhatsApp, including your area.
2. We confirm availability and when your Shrikhand will be ready.
3. We arrange delivery through Rapido or another available local delivery option, and tell you the delivery charge for your route.
4. Once you confirm, we prepare and hand over your order for delivery.

Delivery charges

Delivery is not included in the Shrikhand price and is paid by the customer. The charge depends on the distance, the route and the delivery option available at the time, so we confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay.

Timing

Because we prepare Shrikhand in limited daily quantities, delivery timing depends on availability and the size of your order. We confirm the expected timing for every order. Please do not assume same-day delivery unless we have confirmed it.

Pickup

Pickup may be possible depending on timing. Ask when you message us and we will let you know.

When your order arrives

Shrikhand is a chilled dairy dessert. Please refrigerate it as soon as you receive it. Our guide on how to store Shrikhand has more tips.
