These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with The Sweet House through WhatsApp. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are for the Shrikhand only.
- Delivery charges are separate and are confirmed for each order before payment.
- Prices and the flavours on offer may change. The price that applies is the one we confirm on WhatsApp for your order.
- We prepare Shrikhand in limited quantities, so a flavour shown on the website may not be available on a particular day.
- If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before you confirm your order.
How an order is made
Sending a message from this website does not place or guarantee an order. Your order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp confirming availability, the total amount (including any delivery charge) and the expected timing, and you agree to it.
Payment
We accept UPI and cash, as agreed on WhatsApp for each order. We will never ask for your card details on this website.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is arranged through third-party local services such as Rapido. See our shipping and delivery policy for details.

Food information
Shrikhand is a perishable dairy dessert. Please refrigerate it promptly and follow any storage guidance we give with your order. Ingredient and allergen details for each flavour are being confirmed, so do not assume any flavour is free from nuts or other allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, tell us before you order so we can share the relevant details.
