The Sweet House delivers locally in Ahmedabad. We do not ship by courier to other cities.
Service areas
We currently deliver to Shela, Bopal, South Bopal and Ghuma. Requests from nearby areas are considered case by case, and we will tell you before you pay whether we can deliver.
Delivery partners
Orders are delivered through Rapido or another available local delivery service. These services are operated by third parties.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are paid by the customer and are not included in product prices. The charge depends on the route and the delivery option available at the time. We confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay.
Timing
We confirm the expected preparation and delivery time for every order. Timing depends on availability, order size and the delivery service. We do not offer guaranteed, instant or same-day delivery unless we have specifically confirmed it for your order.
Pickup
Pickup may be possible by arrangement. Ask us on WhatsApp.
Receiving your order
- Please share an accurate address, a landmark and a reachable phone number on WhatsApp.
- Please be available to receive the order at the confirmed time.
- Shrikhand is perishable. Refrigerate it as soon as you receive it.
- If anything is wrong with your order when it arrives, tell us on WhatsApp straight away, ideally with a photo. See our cancellation and refund policy.
