Homemade Shrikhand is usually made in small quantities by people who know their product well. That makes ordering personal, and it means you can ask questions you couldn't ask a shop shelf. Here are eight worth asking, whoever you order from.
1. Which flavours are available, and when?
Home kitchens often prepare limited quantities, so not every flavour is available every day. Ask what is available for the day you need it, and confirm the flavour in writing.
2. When will it be ready?
Ask when your order will be prepared and ready for delivery or pickup. If you need it for a specific meal or event, give the date and time clearly.
3. What goes into it?
Ask for the ingredients of the flavour you are ordering, especially for flavours with nuts or dry fruits.
4. Are there any allergens I should know about?
All Shrikhand is a dairy dessert, and some flavours may contain nuts or dry fruits. If anyone you are serving has an allergy or dietary requirement, mention it before you order.
5. How should I store it, and how soon should we eat it?

6. What is the price, and what does it include?
Check the price per kg, the pack sizes available, and whether delivery is included. A clear total before you pay avoids surprises.
7. How does delivery work, and what does it cost?
Ask which areas are served, how delivery is arranged, what it costs for your location, and whether pickup is possible.
8. How do I pay, and when is my order confirmed?
Confirm the accepted payment methods and the point at which your order is actually confirmed.

- Delivery: Shela, Bopal, South Bopal and Ghuma, arranged through Rapido or another local option. The charge depends on your route and is confirmed before you pay.
